Job Description

The CD IT Manager is responsible for leading Customer Development IT operations, master data governance, business reporting, systems support, and technology projects to enable efficient field sales execution. The role ensures the integrity of master data, reliability of sales systems, timely business reporting, and effective support of Customer Development technology platforms, including Lever Edge.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own and oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of Customer Development master data.
  2. Ensure master data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
  3. Develop and maintain master data policies, procedures, and controls.
  4. Work closely with the U2K2 Master Data Management Team to ensure seamless integration and quality of master data across systems.
  5. Lead the management of the Service Desk and Lever Edge Support Team.
  6. Ensure timely resolution of system incidents, user queries, and technical issues.
  7. Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  8. Serve as the primary escalation point for Customer Development systems-related issues.
  9. Manage the deployment of new IT solutions, enhancements, and change requests.
  10. Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
  11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system effectiveness and user experience.
  12. Support digital transformation projects within Customer Development.
  13. Develop, maintain, and automate business reporting templates and dashboards.
  14. Generate and distribute key LeverEdge reports, including: Perfect Store Reports, EFOS Reports, FCS Reports, COTC Reports by FSR, Outlet Detail Reports.
  15. Provide insights and analysis to support business decision-making and performance improvement.
  16. Act as the key liaison between Field Sales Teams and Head Office.
  17. Represent Customer Development in regional LeverEdge and systems governance meetings.
  18. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve business processes and technology solutions.
  19. Serve as the custodian of LeverEdge Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business processes.
  20. Ensure adherence to IT governance, data management, and system control requirements.
  21. Act as the primary contact for LeverEdge and Customer Development systems audits.
  22. Implement corrective actions arising from audit findings.
  23. Lead and manage the CD IT team, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance management.
  24. Build team capabilities through coaching, training, and development.
  25. Establish clear objectives and performance expectations for team members.
  26. Oversee the accurate calculation and processing of field sales allowances and incentive payments, including: Lunch Allowance, Car Running Allowance, Sales Force Incentive (SFI), Distributor Sales Incentive (DSI).
  27. Ensure timely payment processing and compliance with established policies.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years’ experience in IT systems management, sales systems support, or master data management.
  3. Experience managing business applications and reporting platforms.
  4. Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders across functions.
  5. Experience with field sales automation systems (LeverEdge experience preferred).
