Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage assigned portfolios
  2. Supervise and motivate team members
  3. Monitor team productivity and performance
  4. Ensure portfolio activation and revenue delivery
  5. Prepare client reports and portfolio reviews
  6. Drive operational efficiency and compliance
  7. Support strategic planning initiatives

Requirements

  1. Experience in team leadership and portfolio management
  2. Strong performance management skills
  3. Strategic planning and decision-making ability
  4. Experience preparing client reports
  5. Knowledge of data protection and TCF principles
  6. 3+ years experience in Conventional/Retail Portfolio Management is an added advantage
