Reporting to the ICT Manager, the ICT Graduate Trainee will provide technical, systems and user-support assistance while gaining practical experience in enterprise applications, infrastructure, data management and ICT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ICT technical support to users.
- Support enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Assist with systems administration.
- Participate in data management activities.
- Help document ICT systems and processes.
- Work with users across different departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of databases, operating systems, enterprise applications and computer networks.
- Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with SQL, application support, systems testing or healthcare ICT is an added advantage.
