Kenafric Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Dispatch & Logistics Officer to coordinate dispatch operations, transport scheduling, warehouse activities, and delivery management within the Stationery Division.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate dispatch and finished goods delivery operations
• Ensure proper documentation and order tracking
• Plan daily dispatch schedules and transport allocation
• Monitor delivery performance and vehicle utilization
• Supervise drivers, pickers, and loaders
• Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse standards
Requirements
. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG environment is an added advantage
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong dispatch planning and coordination skills
