Job Description
The Accountant will oversee accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting activities. The role requires managing multi-currency transactions and maintaining accurate records. Success will be measured through compliance, accuracy, and financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting records and reporting
- Ensure KRA tax compliance including VAT, PAYE, and eTIMS
- Handle multi-currency accounting transactions
- Perform intercompany accounting functions
- Support financial planning and controls
Requirements
- CPA or ACCA qualification
- 3–5 years' accounting experience
- Experience with KRA tax compliance
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
