Job Description
The successful candidate will lead sales teams, ensure quality loan referrals, support collections, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and acquire new customers.
- Ensure high-quality loan referrals to the business.
- Support recovery and collection of loan facilities.
- Lead and supervise sales teams.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or any Business-related course.
- Practical experience in a Microfinance Institution.
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
