Key Responsibilities
- Manage office schedules, meetings and appointments.
- Handle emails, calls and correspondence.
- Maintain office records and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate daily office operations.
- Support customers and staff with administrative needs.
- Follow up on customer requests.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Printing or manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
