Job Description
The Partnership Associate will support the management of Chancen Kenya’s portfolio of partner educational institutions (PEIs). The role involves partnership management, reporting, data analysis, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the sustainability and integrity of ISA investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of partnerships with educational institutions.
- Develop and maintain engagement plans for PEIs.
- Track SLAs, reporting deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Manage partner dashboards and reporting trackers.
- Prepare partnership performance reports and insights.
- Support PEI staff on systems and escalations.
- Lead annual audit processes for assigned PEIs.
- Coordinate timely and accurate fund disbursements with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Project Management, International Development, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years experience in partnerships, business development, data analysis, or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
