Job Description
Suqoon Kenya is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic programs focused on improving the wellbeing and inclusion of older persons across Kenya. The successful candidate will oversee project implementation, stakeholder engagement, fundraising initiatives, and organizational growth while ensuring the successful delivery of community impact programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic and community-based projects
- Coordinate project planning, budgets, timelines, and resources
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, NGOs, corporates, and government stakeholders
- Support fundraising efforts, grant applications, and donor reporting
- Prepare reports, presentations, and impact documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related field
- 5–7 years of project management experience
- Experience in NGOs, consulting, startups, or development organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
