Job Description
The successful Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, introducing Summit's range of services, generating leads, and arranging meetings. They will also prepare sales opportunities and convert prospects into paying clients. This role offers a nationwide opportunity, allowing candidates to operate within their preferred counties or regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients within the assigned territory
- Develop new business opportunities for Summit
- Research companies that may require HR, recruitment, outsourcing, cleaning, property, or other business services
- Identify key decision-makers such as Directors, CEOs, HR Managers, Administrators, Procurement Managers, and Operations Managers
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Generate new leads through field visits, telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous
- Relevant sales experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
