Job Description
This creative role covers the full video production process, from concept development and filming to editing and post-production. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content across multiple digital platforms. The position requires creativity, technical production skills, and the ability to manage multiple video projects while maintaining high production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and produce engaging content including product features, customer stories, events, and tutorials.
- Edit professional videos by adding elements like music, graphics, special effects, and transitions.
- Adapt and optimize content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts that align with brand goals.
- Manage project timelines, maintain video equipment, and troubleshoot issues during shoots.
Requirements
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
- Strong understanding of various camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio setups.
- Deep knowledge of social media video formats, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong creativity, and excellent storytelling ability.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A Certificate in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred but not required.
