  3. Develop internal champions within partner organizations who understand and advocate for Turaco's products and partnerships.
  4. Conduct regular check-ins, field visits, and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Drive partner growth, including customer adoption, product uptake, and Gross Written Premium (GWP) performance.
  6. Coordinate successful partnership launches and product rollouts, ensuring prompt resolution of partner issues through internal collaboration.
  7. Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to plan and execute partner activations that boost awareness, adoption, and customer engagement.
  8. Maintain visibility within partner branches and field operations, building relationships beyond head office.
  9. Identify training and product knowledge gaps, coordinating refresher sessions as needed.
  10. Monitor month-on-month partner performance, identify declines in GWP or uptake, and develop recovery plans for underperforming partnerships.
  11. Understand performance gaps against annual targets and identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  12. Serve as a key contact for partners, underwriters, regulators, and industry groups in Kenya.
  13. Lead market intelligence efforts, informing the Commercial team about competitors, pricing, product innovation, new entrants, legislative changes, and compliance.
  14. Identify new partnership opportunities and share relevant market intelligence with the Business Development team.
  15. Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from partners, proactively managing and escalating any delays.
  16. Represent Turaco professionally, enhancing its reputation as a responsive, innovative, and dependable partner in Kenya.

  18. Work closely with various internal teams (Customer Experience, Claims, Operations, Finance, Technology, Product, Marketing) to quickly resolve partner issues.
  19. Anticipate partner needs and potential problems, addressing them proactively.
  20. Maintain clear communication, deliver on commitments, and continuously use partner feedback to improve products, processes, and services.
  21. Contribute to a unified Revenue Centre where Business Development, Partnership Success, and Marketing share responsibility for new business acquisition, existing partnership growth, and enhancing partner and customer experience.
