Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate stakeholders and contractors
- Oversee site execution and quality control

- Ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 12–15+ years construction project management experience
- Experience in residential, real estate and high-rise projects
- Strong project planning and execution skills
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Knowledge of contracts and site execution
- Strong English communication skills
- PMP Certification is an added advantage
