Reporting to the Managing Partner, the successful candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting and financial processes while supporting the firm's financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records and general ledger.
- Process monthly payroll and statutory deductions.
- Handle e-TIMS and VAT filings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Maintain client trust account records.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Support financial analysis and management decision-making.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- CPA(K) qualification.
- Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
