Fixed Term – Broker Incubation Officer

This role, reporting to the Corporate Sales Manager, involves actively supporting the sales team by managing quotation requests, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and recruiting new brokers. The officer will engage proactively in market activities to promote business growth and ensure the establishment of mutually beneficial relationships with clients.

1. Manage distribution channels to increase the number of active brokers.
2. Achieve set product revenue targets.
3. Ensure product profitability while managing costs effectively.
4. Implement and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures.
5. Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers.
6. Oversee an efficient sales cycle and pipeline management.
7. Ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely submission of business reports.
8. Monitor and enforce the cash & carry policy for upfront premium payments.
9. Manage IPF business in collaboration with the finance department.
10. Organize and participate in broker meetings.
11. Ensure prompt resolution of broker inquiries.
12. Prepare and implement business development activity reports.
13. Support the development and launch of new products.
14. Maintain strong business relationships to ensure excellent service delivery.
