Job Description
This role will ensure implementation of related strategies, policies, processes and procedures that drive seamless efficiencies in reward & payroll management, workforce administration, employee benefits management and exit management to achieve overall HR strategy and the organizations objectives. This position manages a direct reporting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage talent cycle areas aligned to HR service delivery.
- Monitor and report in the talent cycle areas.
- Ensure implementation of related strategies, policies, processes and procedures that drive seamless efficiencies in reward & payroll management, workforce administration, employee benefits management and exit management.
- Manage a direct reporting team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Business Administration, or a degree in a related field.
- Professional membership (IHRM) and a valid Practicing certificate.
- At least five (5) years hands-on experience as a generalist in HR management.
