Job Description
Choice Bank is seeking energetic, ambitious, and results-driven Telesales Agents to join its growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote logbook loans, asset financing, and other financial products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financing solutions.
- Guide clients through application processes and documentation requirements.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle inquiries professionally and provide product information.
- Participate in sales campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Previous telesales, call centre, customer service, or sales experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM system knowledge.
