The Projects Sales Executive will be responsible for driving project sales and developing strong client relationships. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract award, preparing comprehensive quotations and proposals, and actively participating in tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The executive will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and prepare detailed sales reports and revenue forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new project sales opportunities
- Manage the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract award
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions
- Identify and participate in tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate internal teams for smooth project handover
- Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project or technical sales
- Demonstrate experience in tendering, bid preparation, and contract negotiation
- Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
