1. Translate corporate strategy into a 3–5 year digital roadmap with measurable business value.
2. Prioritize programs with clear ROI and outcomes (efficiency, resilience, customer value).
3. Drive implementations (ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, eCommerce, fleet, etc.) and unify into a connected architecture.
4. Establish API/event-driven integration for full visibility across supply chain, finance, and customers.
5. Institutionalize a secure digital workspace: access governance, endpoint protection, encrypted collaboration, data lifecycle policies.
6. Ensure company-controlled retention of sensitive data across all systems.
7. Run a risk-based security program, enforce Zero Trust, continuous monitoring, and disaster recovery testing.
8. Integrate physical and digital security into enterprise monitoring.
9. Establish enterprise data governance, master data management, and high-quality reporting.
10. Deploy advanced analytics/AI for demand forecasting, maintenance, and supply chain optimization.
11. Run a world-class IT service management function (SLAs, XLAs, automation).
12. Optimize vendor ecosystem, reduce TCO, and manage contracts strategically.
13. Build a digitally fluent IT team with strong business alignment.
14. Drive structured change management for adoption and impact.

1. 5+ years in IT/digital leadership with enterprise scope, 5+ at C-level or equivalent.
2. Proven record delivering multi-system transformations (ERP, CRM, MES, eCommerce, fleet).
3. Expertise in enterprise architecture, cyber, AI/ML, and IT/OT convergence.
4. Strong financial & business acumen (TCO/ROI/value realization).
5. Exceptional stakeholder management and board communication.
6. Degree in computer science/ IT/Engineering/IT & Business.
