Internship Description
East Africa Market Development Associates (EAMDA) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for a Human Resources and Administration Internship. The intern will contribute to various HR processes, assist with front office coordination including reception and scheduling, and provide general administrative support for travel documentation, office reports, and filing systems. Additionally, the role involves supporting procurement processes such as requisitions, supplier sourcing, documentation, and record-keeping.
What You Will Do
- Assist with recruitment processes and general HR administrative tasks.
- Assist with the coordination of front office operations, including reception, correspondence, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
- Provide administrative support, including travel documentation, office reports, and maintaining filing systems.

Requirements
