Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or CPA
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Microfinance Institution
- Strong knowledge of credit administration, loan documentation, file perfection, disbursement support, and credit controls
- Ability to analyze loan books, segment portfolios, identify trends, and highlight emerging credit risks
- Strong report-writing skills and preparation of credit, portfolio, and risk reports
