Habib Bank AG Zurich (Kenya) is seeking an experienced banking professional to join as a Branch Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all branch operations, driving business growth, achieving key banking targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position reports directly to the Head of Distribution.

1. Oversee branch operations to ensure smooth service delivery, strong controls, and excellent customer experience.
2. Drive the achievement of branch targets across revenue, profitability, deposits, lending, and transactions.
3. Expand the customer base by acquiring new clients and increasing market presence.
4. Strengthen existing customer relationships through cross-selling and providing tailored banking solutions for Retail, SME, and Corporate clients.
5. Monitor performance, identify and address gaps, and implement actions to improve business results.
6. Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve targets with professionalism and accountability.
7. Ensure full compliance with Head Office policies and Central Bank of Kenya regulations.
8. Manage branch cash, vault, records, and assets with appropriate controls.
9. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support retention and growth.
10. Identify market trends and convert them into growth opportunities for the branch.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Institute of Banking Diploma or a related qualification from a reputable university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in bank branch management, demonstrating solid knowledge of banking and financial practices.
