Job Description

The Senior Support Staff – ICT will provide technical support, maintain ICT infrastructure, support users, and ensure reliable and secure business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide first and second-level technical support.
  2. Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, storage, and backup systems.
  3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  4. Manage ICT assets and software installations.
  5. Administer user accounts and access controls.
  6. Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives.
  7. Conduct user training and technical documentation.
  8. Prepare ICT performance reports.
  9. Support ICT projects and upgrades.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
  2. Experience in ICT support and service desk operations.
  3. Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi technologies, endpoint security, and backup systems.
  4. Strong troubleshooting skills.
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  6. Ability to manage incidents within SLAs.
