The Senior Support Staff – ICT will provide technical support, maintain ICT infrastructure, support users, and ensure reliable and secure business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support.
- Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, storage, and backup systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage ICT assets and software installations.
- Administer user accounts and access controls.
- Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives.
- Conduct user training and technical documentation.
- Prepare ICT performance reports.
- Support ICT projects and upgrades.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
- Experience in ICT support and service desk operations.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi technologies, endpoint security, and backup systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage incidents within SLAs.
