Job Description
The People Analytics & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for workforce reporting, people analytics, dashboard management, labour productivity analysis, and operational HR insights to support strategic workforce planning and governance. The role supports leadership decision-making through workforce visibility, reporting accuracy, trend analysis, and workforce optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and HR scorecards.
- Prepare workforce and labour productivity reports.
- Analyze labour costs, attendance trends, and workforce utilization.
- Support Power BI dashboard development and reporting automation.
- Monitor workforce governance and compliance indicators.
- Support HR systems implementation and workforce data integrity.
- Generate operational insights and management reports.
- Coordinate workforce analytics and reporting initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, HR, Economics, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in workforce reporting or people analytics.
- Strong Excel and Power BI reporting skills.
- Experience with HR systems and workforce databases.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
