We're looking for an experienced and passionate Cyber Security Trainer to join our team and help shape the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

1. Deliver engaging, hands-on cybersecurity training.
2. Develop lesson plans, labs, assessments, and training materials.
3. Conduct training at the IST campus and client/offsite locations.
4. Mentor students, provide technical guidance, and evaluate performance.
5. Administer examinations, supervise practical labs, and maintain student records.
6. Keep training content current with emerging cybersecurity trends and best practices.

1. Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
2. Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience; training or teaching experience is an added advantage.
3. Relevant certification(s) such as CompTIA Security+/Network+, CEH, CCNA Security, or equivalent.
4. Knowledge of network security, ethical hacking, penetration testing, vulnerability management, digital forensics, and incident response.
5. Experience with Windows Server, Linux, web application security (OWASP Top 10), cryptography, PKI, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
6. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, Kenya Data Protection Act) and tools such as Kali Linux, Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nessus.
