Internship Description
Kaya Comfort is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Engagement & Research Intern to support client outreach, market research, customer database management, and reporting activities.
What You Will Do
• Conduct outbound client calls and collect customer feedback
• Support market visits and field research activities
• Build and maintain customer databases using Excel or Google Sheets
• Prepare field visit reports and market research summaries
• Identify customer preferences, trends, and business opportunities
• Assist in reporting and presentation preparation for the marketing team
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili
• Basic computer literacy with Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
• Willingness to work both in-office and in the field
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
