Internship Description
The Graduate Trainee Programme provides a structured 18-month development journey designed to accelerate professional growth through: Business immersion and exposure to MRM’s operations and value chain. Cross-functional rotations across key business functions. Technical and functional skills development. Executive mentorship and coaching from experienced leaders. Leadership development and enterprise-wide projects. Hands-on experience delivering business improvements and measurable results. Career opportunities within the organization upon successful completion of the programme, subject to performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
- University Graduate with a maximum of two years’ post-university experience.
- 28 years of age or below.
- At least B+ in KCSE.
- Strong academic record.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
