ADMINISTRATOR, MENTORING

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate mentoring programs and workshops
  2. Create awareness on student mentoring services
  3. Monitor mentoring reports and program effectiveness
  4. Support industry mentoring programs
  5. Coordinate parent training sessions
  6. Manage mentoring-related IT platforms
  7. Conduct hostel inspections and maintain records
  8. Ensure compliance with mentoring policies

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Education or Business-related field
  2. At least 2 years relevant experience
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Strong analytical and people skills
  5. Good understanding of MS Office Suite
  6. Attention to detail and teamwork skills
