1. First Degree qualification
2. 2-3 years of experience
3. Exposure to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with hands-on coding experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing programming code to deliver solutions
4. Exposure to automation implementations, including experience with automation tools, workflow tools, scripting, CI/CD-linked automation, or test automation frameworks
5. Exposure to AI implementations, including experience with AI implementation, prompt engineering, orchestration flows, or AI-assisted workflow use cases (preferred)
6. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing automated testing frameworks
7. Knowledge of disciplined engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle
8. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
9. Software development, API engineering
10. System integration, automated testing
11. CI/CD set up, Troubleshooting
12. Systems Design
13. Basic security engineering
14. Workflow automation/RPA tools such as UiPath/Process Maker
