Loan Officer

As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for expanding the company's loan portfolio by actively seeking and onboarding new clients. Your duties will include promoting various loan products, generating high-quality leads, and facilitating the timely processing and disbursement of loan applications. You will also monitor existing loan portfolios to ensure quality management and maintain strong customer relationships, including following up on repayments. A key aspect of this role is meeting assigned targets for customer recruitment, sales volume, and portfolio quality.

1. Identify and acquire new customers to expand the loan portfolio.
2. Market loan products and generate quality leads.
3. Process loan applications and support timely loan disbursement.
4. Monitor loan portfolios and ensure quality management.
5. Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on repayments.
6. Achieve assigned recruitment, sales, and portfolio quality targets.

1. Hold a Diploma or certificate in Business Management or a related field.
2. Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in lending, sales, recruitment, or financial services.
3. Demonstrate strong skills in customer acquisition, marketing, and sales.
4. Have experience in loan portfolio management and customer relationship management (CRM).
5. Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
6. Be capable of meeting sales and loan disbursement targets.
