Pawa IT Solutions is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphics & Web Designer to join its growing Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, the successful candidate will develop compelling visual content across digital, print, and web platforms while ensuring all creative work aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

The role combines graphic design, website management, user experience design, and digital content creation, making it ideal for a creative professional passionate about technology, branding, and visual storytelling.

1. Design high-quality visual assets for social media, digital advertising, presentations, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
2. Develop brochures, banners, merchandise, event branding, and other print collateral that supports company marketing initiatives.
3. Maintain and strengthen the company's visual identity by ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
4. Create engaging multimedia content including motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos using modern design tools.
5. Design intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly web pages and landing pages that improve customer engagement and conversion.
6. Manage, update, and maintain WordPress websites to ensure excellent functionality, visual appeal, and performance.
7. Collaborate with software engineers during implementation to preserve design quality throughout deployment.
8. Apply on-page SEO best practices including image optimization, page structure, accessibility, and performance optimization.
9. Continuously improve website layouts based on analytics, user behaviour, and marketing objectives.
10. Work closely with the Brand Manager to transform marketing strategies into compelling visual campaigns.
11. Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and creative resources.
12. Stay updated with emerging design trends, web technologies, AI-assisted design tools, and industry best practices.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
2. Two (2) to Three (3) years' professional experience in both graphic design and web design.
3. Previous experience within the technology or B2B SaaS industry is an added advantage.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
5. Strong working knowledge of Canva and Figma.
6. Experience managing WordPress websites.
7. Good understanding of HTML/CSS principles.
8. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and website performance analysis.
9. Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools to improve design workflows.
10. Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
11. Excellent typography, layout, and branding skills.
12. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
13. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
14. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative work.
