Sales Officer – Flowers
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily flower sales operations
- Process client orders and adjustments
- Coordinate with production teams
- Send confirmations, pack plans and shipping details
- Analyze sales trends and prepare reports
- Communicate shipping schedules and resolve issues
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Handle customer claims professionally
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Floriculture, Horticulture or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing
- Strong flower product knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in flower or agricultural industry preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel
- Excellent English communication skills
