Agile Product Owner

This role focuses on maximizing value delivery for a Scrum Team by translating product strategy into actionable priorities. The Product Owner will collaborate with the Agile Product Manager to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and delivery commitments, ensuring reliable and high-quality product delivery. The position specifically supports International Organisations Health (IOH) backend products, covering Mainframe and Financial Services domains such as payments, billing, eligibility, finance operations, and related integrations.

1. Partner with the Agile Product Manager to support product vision, roadmap priorities, and business outcomes.
2. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring backlog priorities align with customer and business value.
3. Translate features and priorities into clear user stories and maintain a high-quality backlog in Jira.
4. Lead backlog refinement and support Program Increment (PI) planning activities.
5. Collaborate with developers, testers, Scrum Masters, QA, UAT teams, and business stakeholders to enable predictable delivery.
6. Monitor delivery, quality, utilization, and customer experience metrics to support continuous improvement.
7. Use analytics and stakeholder feedback to drive product improvements and value realization.

1. Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Strong English communication skills.
3. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira or a similar tool.
