Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee logistics planning, fleet and drop-shipping operations, budget management, vendor negotiations, and KPI-driven performance improvements while ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage logistics and supply chain operations.
- Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) providers and strategic partnerships.
- Lead the logistics team and drive operational excellence.
- Manage transportation, courier selection, and vendor negotiations.
- Control logistics budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.
- Oversee fleet management and drop-shipping operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or courier operations is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics management systems and computer applications.
