Job Description
The Centre Manager at Bliss Healthcare will be responsible for leading the medical centre's operations. This involves ensuring the provision of quality patient care, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering excellent service. The role requires a results-driven individual capable of managing various aspects of a busy healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage clinical care services.
- Direct daily centre operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the centre's team.
- Ensure a positive and high-quality patient experience.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Manage and monitor stock levels and equipment.
- Track financial performance and other key operational metrics.
- Implement initiatives for continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Hold a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery.
- Possess advanced training in Healthcare Quality Management or Health Systems Management (an advantage).
- Be registered and licensed to practice by the Clinical Officers Council or an equivalent regulatory body.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of post-internship experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within a busy healthcare facility.
- BLS and ACLS certification is desirable.
- Be proficient in both English and Swahili.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
