OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment operations
- Manage sea, road and cross-border logistics
- Liaise with clients, transporters and shipping lines
- Oversee customs clearance processes
- Coordinate warehousing activities
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Track shipments and provide client updates
- Resolve operational challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Knowledge of customs processes and transit procedures
- Understanding of East African transport corridors
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Basic computer skills
