CAREGIVING TRAINER
Key Responsibilities
- Train and mentor caregiving learners
- Deliver caregiving curriculum and practical skills
- Assess learner progress and competency
- Promote professionalism and ethical caregiving
- Support development of caregiving programs
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Community Health, Caregiving, Gerontology or related healthcare field
- TVET Trainer Certificate / Trainer of Trainers qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum 4 years experience in caregiving, healthcare practice or training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital learning platforms
- Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable
