Job Description
This role involves actively identifying and engaging potential property buyers through various sales channels. The consultant will be responsible for accurately presenting and explaining real estate projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales process, and negotiating to successfully close property sales to meet monthly targets. Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after sales is crucial, as is maintaining precise records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective property buyers through various sales channels.
- Present and explain real estate projects accurately and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role within the real estate industry.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving sales goals.
- Diploma qualification.
