Job Description

The Business Process Specialist at Nestle plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency within the factory. This involves managing process orders and production system transactions, ensuring precise capture of downtime, output, and material consumption. The specialist is also responsible for maintaining SAP accuracy and stock integrity, conducting stock reconciliations, and performing variance analysis. Furthermore, the role includes training end-users on SAP, GLOBE, and process standards, as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage process orders and production system transactions.
  2. Ensure accurate capture of downtime, output, and material consumption.
  3. Maintain SAP accuracy and stock integrity.
  4. Perform stock reconciliations and variance analysis.
  5. Train end users on SAP, GLOBE, and process standards.
  6. Support continuous improvement and process compliance.

Requirements

  1. NQF 5 / Diploma in Production Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  3. Proficiency with SAP and understanding of factory end-to-end processes.
  4. Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
  5. Prior experience in production administration and stock management support.
