As a Shop Attendant at Techzone, the successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting and explaining the company's smartphones, Android tablets, and tech accessories. This includes providing accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services, while consistently striving to meet and exceed sales targets. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and recommending suitable solutions to clients.

1. Possess a Diploma, First School Leaving Certificate, or KCSE qualification.
2. At least 1 year of work experience in a sales representative, agent, or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of the retail sales process and a target-oriented mindset.
4. Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
5. Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
6. Basic mathematical skills.
7. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with customers.
9. Capability to perform effectively in fast-paced retail environments.
10. Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
