Job Description
To attend to any cash related matter (e.g., walk-in customers, ATM’s) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid down requirements.
Requirements
- First Degree
- 1-2 years of branch banking experience, understanding the bank’s laid-down policies and procedures related to telling / frontline support; bulk cash and ATMs.
- Familiar with the legal aspects regarding cash handling.
- Knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch.
- Behavioural Competencies: Articulating Information, Examining Information, Following Procedures, Managing Tasks, Understanding People, Upholding Standards
- Technical Competencies: Banking Process & Procedures, Customer Acceptance & Review, Customer Understanding, Processing, Product Knowledge
