Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, mobile money, and card payments.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive display of laptops and related accessories.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Stay updated on new laptop models, specifications, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electronics, IT, or telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware, software, operating systems, and common applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Kitale and familiar with the local market dynamics.
