The Green Belt Movement is seeking an experienced ICT Consultant to provide technical leadership and ongoing support for the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. The consultant will ensure ICT systems remain secure, efficient, reliable, and responsive to operational needs while supporting staff productivity and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance of ICT infrastructure
- Manage organizational information systems and networks
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures
- Support software, hardware, and communication systems
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Provide user support and troubleshooting services
- Maintain ICT policies, standards, and documentation
- Support digital platforms, websites, and internal systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in ICT systems administration and support
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure
- Experience managing organizational ICT environments
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
