Container Guarantee Officer / Logistics Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track containers under guarantee
- Liaise with customers, depots, truckers, and shipping lines
- Prepare status reports and operational updates
- Support commercial and accounts receivable teams
- Investigate container default cases
- Assist in recovery of lost containers
- Ensure customer compliance with guarantee obligations
Requirements
- Diploma in Freight Logistics, Shipping Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in shipping, logistics, or freight operations
- Experience handling shipping containers and shipping documentation
- Customer relationship management experience
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
