Support Relationship and Branch Managers in tailoring Trade Finance solutions to grow the Trade Finance portfolio for SME and individual clients while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support growth of Trade Finance portfolio
- Process export documents (LCs & Documentary Collections)
- Conduct market intelligence on trade products and pricing
- Identify business opportunities and risks
- Support relationship managers with advisory services
- Ensure compliance with statutory and bank requirements
- Cross-sell Trade Finance products
- Maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- 3–4 years’ experience in Trade Finance
- Banking and Islamic finance knowledge
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Experience in banking/financial institution sales is an advantage
