Oversee financial management, reporting, regulatory compliance, and SACCO systems support. Ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity.
- Ensure SASRA compliance.
- Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance.
- Manage SACCO systems and data integrity.
- Support server backups and IT system administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA(K) qualification.
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience.
- SACCO experience preferred.
- Knowledge of SASRA regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
