Job Description
The Business Analyst – Fiber will bridge business needs and technology solutions to drive operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support fibre network optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to fibre network and service delivery.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution requirements.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
- Support fibre network planning, rollout, and optimization initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and produce reports and dashboards.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support change management and user acceptance testing.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and process modeling (UML, BPMN).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Knowledge of telecoms/fibre network operations is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
