  6. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and propose new strategies for the company's online presence.
  7. Organize and manage in-store promotions, book fairs, market events, community outreach, and reading campaigns to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  8. Coordinate the design and distribution of print materials such as flyers, posters, and banners, working with designers and vendors.
  9. Support public relations efforts, including drafting press releases and coordinating with media.
  10. Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, libraries, and community groups for events and collaborations.
  11. Assist in the planning and execution of offline advertising initiatives like billboards and road signage.
  12. Create innovative content that aligns with the company's mission and brand guidelines.
  13. Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing collateral.
  14. Maintain an organized archive of marketing assets and campaign materials.
  15. Conduct ongoing research into industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  16. Generate reports and provide insights to guide marketing strategies and decisions.
  17. Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and store teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  18. Coordinate with external vendors, including designers, printers, and event organizers, to successfully implement campaigns.

Requirements

  1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  2. Possess 1-2 years of experience in a marketing position, ideally within the retail, publishing, or events sectors.

  4. Be proficient in key marketing tools including Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  5. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  6. Possess strong organizational and project management skills.
  7. A genuine passion for books, literacy, and community engagement is highly desirable.
