  2. Support the preparation of weekly and monthly updates by collecting inputs, checking data quality, consolidating market feedback, and presenting information clearly for the Trade team.
  3. Assist with coordination of trade marketing activities, including agency brief follow-ups, approval tracking, market requests, purchase order support, document filing, and confirmation of delivery against agreed timelines.
  4. Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, presentation inputs, customer summaries, and briefing packs to support discussions with internal stakeholders, market teams, and external partners.
  5. Follow up on assigned actions with internal teams, market contacts, and agency partners, escalating delays, gaps, or risks early so that the line manager has visibility of issues affecting delivery.
  6. Monitor and organize basic market intelligence, including competitor activity, trade feedback, execution observations, and emerging issues that may affect brand visibility, availability, or customer engagement.
  7. Support compliance with company processes by ensuring trade documents, approvals, claims, agency records, and activity evidence are complete, properly stored, and aligned with required standards.
  8. Build practical knowledge of trade marketing, route-to-market execution, commercial systems, distributor ways of working, and customer engagement through active learning, feedback, and participation in team routines.
  9. Contribute to a disciplined office operating rhythm by keeping files, trackers, and follow-up routines organized, current, and easy for the wider team to use.
  10. Support ad hoc projects as may be assigned by the line manager.

  8. Clear and professional communication skills for emails, meetings, trackers, and presentations.
  9. Strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks, ensuring completion and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  10. Proactive in seeking feedback, applying new learnings quickly, and building confidence in trade marketing systems, processes, and commercial routines.
