This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced clinical settings while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care, monitoring, and routine assessments
• Administer medications and support treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Monitor patient progress and report changes promptly
• Assist in clinical procedures and emergency interventions
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Educate patients and families on treatment and post-care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Valid nursing license/registration in Tanzania
• 3–5+ years’ experience in a hospital or clinical setting (mandatory)
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
